Woman Goes Overboard Off Norwegian Cruise Ship; Rescued By Crew

A 52 year old woman who apparently fell overboard on the Norwegian Epic cruise ship on March 6 was rescued after the captain and crew were alerted.

According to a company spokesperson for Norwegian Cruise Lines, “As soon as the report was made, the ship maneuvered to allow the crew to begin a search. After recovery, the guest was taken to the onboard medical facility for evaluation. It has been reported that (she is) in stable condition.”
