A short video taken by a passenger on Royal Caribbean’s Empress of the Seas captured Hurricane Michael’s outer bands as the ship traveled near was near la Isla de Juventud, Cuba on Oct. 8 a few days before the hurricane made landfall in the Florida panhandle.
