KLFY News reports that a woman was medevaced from the Carnival Cruise Ship Magic by the U.S. Coast Guard on Sunday, Feb. 1.
Reports indicate the passenger was a 51-year old woman who was experiencing respiratory problems and requested a medical evacuation.
The incident occurred 184 miles off the Galveston, Texas coast.
The woman was eventually taken to the University of Texas Medical Branch and was reported to be in stable condition.
