Apparent lawsuit against Carnival Cruise Line
In Houston, Texas a lawsuit has been filed against Carnival. Details at this point are few, but the lawsuit centers around a passenger whose finger was slammed in a door while on the cruise vacation.

Is this a valid claim against Carnival?
